    CHAIRMAN

    Rob has decades of experience in banking and executive roles and brings his wealth of wisdom to NH Budgeting.

    Rob is an incisive advocate for Auckland residents. Rob works tirelessly to strengthen financial capability and budgeting services in New Zealand.

  • Tania

    DEPUTY CHAIRPERSON

    Tania is a strong and vibrant leader with extensive executive and governance experience in financial services. Tania’s last role was as CEO of a Credit Union which focused on “people helping people.”

    Tania’s knowledge of compliance and industry risk is fantastic. Tania’s also involved with ID Fashion and supports other charities through fundraising initiatives.

  • Rosemary

    TREASURER

    Rosemary is an experienced Chartered Accountant who works as a Senior Fund Accountant and Financial Advisor.

    Rosemary is a positive person who practises yoga everyday and loves spending time with family and friends.

  • Shane

    SECRETARY

    Shane is a career banker, working for several banks including HSBC, Westpac and BNZ and now serving as Head of Customer Resolution.

    Shane has a wealth of experience in financial mentoring, having worked as a mentor at NH Budgeting before being elected to the Board. Shane is also an amazing Indoor Bowls player.

  • Janet

    Janet is Director Commercial at Colliers North Shore and was recognised by the Property Council and presented with the Women in Property Award in 2019 for her achievement and contribution to the property industry and local community.

    Janet is an executive board member of both Business North Harbour and the Takapuna Beach Business Associations, as well as a business mentor with Business Mentors NZ.

    Janet enjoys country living with her family in their Coatesville lifestyle block along with their border collies, livestock and honey bees.

  • Jo

    Jo has worked in public service for 25 years in Aotearoa New Zealand and the UK. She has practised as a criminal and public lawyer in both countries and is now developing and leading strategy to grow Aotearoa New Zealand for all.

    Away from work, Jo is a solo mother to two children. To relax, Jo likes to weave, crochet and cook food from her garden or hang out with her tamariki and her chickens.

  • Marzie

    Marzie is an experienced strategy enthusiast and transformational leader with 15+ years of experience in digital strategies and operational optimisation across Financial Services, Business & Digital Transformation, Compliance, Transaction Management, and Portfolio Governance.

    Marzie is also a Mentor at the University of Auckland, Women's mentoring programme.
